The Osceola Shoppes, conveniently located in Kissimmee on the north side of Osceola Parkway near the Florida Turnpike, serve as outparcels to a Walmart Supercenter. The Shoppes are comprised of two separate retail shopping centers, totaling 51,000 square feet.
Civil/Site Engineering, Inc. was involved from the concept development and site design to permitting and construction observation. Construction documents including parking, internal circulation, water/sewer systems and stormwater were prepared by our team and submitted for agency review and approval. Permits for the site work were obtained through the City of Kissimmee, Osceola County, SFWMD, FDEP and Toho Water Authority.
Project highlights include a StormTank Chamber Exfiltration System (347 chambers) providing 7,425 cubic feet of storage, Florida Gas Transmission coordination (30” line in parking lot), 12 on-site grease interceptors (7 – 1,250 gal and 5 – 750 gal), and two corner drive-thrus to accommodate the TrustCo Bank and Starbucks.
