Orlando Paving Company Plant 10
The Orlando Paving Company, located in Orange County, has a new addition to their site, Plant 10. This 12-acre plant consists of a production plant, lab facility and associated parking.
Civil/Site Engineering, Inc. was involved from the concept development and site design to permitting and construction observation. Construction documents including material storage areas, internal circulation, parking, access roadways, water and sewer systems and stormwater were prepared by our team and submitted for agency review and approval. Permits for the site work were obtained through the Orange County Building Department, Orange County Environmental Department, FDEP and Toho Water Authority.
Project highlights include scale access, material bin staging/circulation and a fuel storage containment area at the plant facility.
