Civil Engineering Services
Totaling 4,200 square feet, this new free-standing restaurant project was designed to include an outdoor dining area, as well as a drive-through facility. Civil/Site Engineering, Inc. was involved from the concept development and site design to permitting and construction observation. Construction documents including internal circulation, onsite parking, pavement signing and marking, water/sewer systems and stormwater were prepared to support this project. Permits for the site work were obtained through the City of Apopka, FDEP and SJRWMD.
Project highlights included coordination of a new fire main connection to the 12″ water main on SR 441.
